What to contact us about
We read every message and reply when a response is needed. These are the messages we can help with:
- Corrections. A number, range or statement you believe is wrong. Tell us the page and, if you can, the source that shows the correct figure.
- Calculator bugs. A result that looks off or a calculator that will not work. Include the page, the values you entered and the result you saw.
- Broken or outdated sources. A link that no longer works or no longer says what we cite it for.
- Suggestions. A calculator or guide you would like us to add.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a pool service. We do not offer on-site visits, repairs, product sales or emergency advice, and we cannot diagnose a specific pool by email. If someone has been exposed to pool chemicals, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or emergency services right away.
How to reach us
